Registration is required at least 24-hours in advance for all fitness classes. Please call Reservations at 860-425-3500 to book and for additional class information.
 
Our live fitness classes are intimate and focused, with a maximum capacity of 15 guests ($20.00++ per class). Because space is limited, we recommend booking more than 24 hours in advance to secure your spot.

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba is a water-based fitness class that combines elements of Zumba and water aerobics. Splash your way into better cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength, while improving coordination and flexibility.

Zumba

Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines Latin-inspired dance styles with aerobic exercise. It is a fun and energetic way to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and tone muscles.

Hydro Sculpt

Hydro Sculpt is aqua aerobics that blends Pilates principles, barre-inspired movements, and flowing aqua sequences to strengthen the core and improve stability. This low-impact, energizing class leaves you balanced, centered, and refreshed. Movements tailored to all fitness levels.

Core Sculpt

Core Sculpt combines Pilates principles with the Tabata method of repetition to build strength, stability, and mind–muscle connection. Guided through intentional intervals and controlled movement, you’ll awaken your core and restore your power. Movements tailored to all fitness levels.

Mixxed Fit

Mixxed Fit combines explosive moves with body weight toning.  All the movements are simple, repetitive and easy to follow.
