To take part in the The Signature Birthday Collection, you must sign up with your birthday and email address and opt in to receive emails from The Spa at Norwich Inn. Adding your birthday to the email form is an update to your profile.
Eligible guests will receive their birthday-month offer by email. To redeem, simply present your birthday email on your phone or in print at the time of your spa service or dinner at Kensington’s. For the overnight stay offer, reservations must be made online in advance using the designated birthday-month promo code provided in your email.
Birthday-month offers are available to eligible guests during the month of their birthday, Sunday through Thursday only, and are subject to availability. New members must sign up at least 31 days before their birthday to receive that month’s birthday-month offers.
Terms and Conditions
The Signature Birthday Collection may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, group rates, or package offers. Birthday-month offers are redeemable only during the guest’s birthday month. Offers are subject to availability, and blackout dates or periods may apply. Promotions are not available on Friday or Saturday. The promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value. The Spa at Norwich Inn reserves the right to modify or discontinue these promotions at any time without prior notice.
Complimentary touchless spa service must be used on the same day as the qualifying 50-minute spa service.
Complimentary sparkling wine and dessert must be enjoyed during the same dinner seating as the purchased entrée and are not available for breakfast or lunch service. Guests must be of legal drinking age to receive alcoholic beverages.
Hotel reservations must be made in advance through the resort’s online booking system using the designated promo code to receive the discount. The hotel offer is valid for Sunday through Thursday stays only.
