The Pre-Arrival Concierge at The Spa at Norwich Inn is a personalized service that allows you to pre-select welcome amenities, such as chocolate-covered strawberries, Champagne, and spa essentials, for your room or the rooms of friends and family, ensuring a refreshing transition to relaxation upon arrival.

Pre-Arrival Concierge includes a $3.00 delivery fee, and applicable CT Taxes. Amenities will be delivered between 4pm and 6pm if purchased by 12pm of the same day. Purchases after 12pm will be delivered on the following day, unless by special arrangement.
