Guests relax in the Kensington’s ballroom while sipping on vintages from Jonathan Edwards Winery and enjoying exquisite dishes. The evening features remarks from special guest Mark Scherer, who has more than two decades of experience in the sale and distribution of Jonathan Edwards wines.
First Course: Watermelon Salad with 2022 Primitivo Rose
Second Course: Stonington Scallops with 2023 Albarino
Third Course: Bison Wellington with 2021 Petite Sirah
Fourth Course: Rabbit Two Ways with 2020 Lodi Zinfandel
Fifth Course: Caramel Mousse Napoleon with 2015 Dark Port
