First Course
Dish: Spent Grain Biscuit with Cured Duck Prosciutto, Kumquat, and Norwich Spa Honey
Bourbon: First West Rye, a blend of straight rye whiskeys aged 6, 7, and nine years
Cocktail: Western Oasis
Second Course
Dish: Chicken Fried Lobster Tail with Potato, Braised Kale, and Black Pepper Cream
Bourbon: Triple Cask, a blend of Kentucky straight bourbons finished in cognac, port, and rum casks for 8 and 16 years
Cocktail: Served neat
Third Course
Dish: Maple Glazed Short Rib with Bok Choy, Cauliflower, and Honey Roasted Peanuts
Bourbon: Platinum, a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys aged 10, 15, and 19 years
