DEPARTMENT: SPA SALON
POSITION: Salon Stylist (Regular Full-time)
"Pay range - Hourly Commensurate with Education and Experience"
SUMMARY/QUALIFICATIONS/CERT'S/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:
Under the supervision of the Hand & Foot Lead, the stylist provides professional, high quality hair care services for clients. The Stylist provides own service utensils including but not limited to uniform, curling iron, hairdryer, flat iron, shears, clippers, brushes, combs and clips. Stylist is responsible to booking appointments, cashiering, collecting payment from client, encouraging retail sales, making a sales quota, cleaning, and when necessary, performing float duties in the Spa.
Basic knowledge of computers, copiers, fax, adding machines, calculators. Must possess well-developed customer service techniques and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients.
High school diploma or GED as well as a beautician/cosmetician CT State License and minimum two to four years salon experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or educations is required. Hospitality or spa experience preferred but not required.

DEPARTMENT: SPA
Treatment
POSITION: Hand & Foot Technician (Full-time and Part-time)
"Pay range – Hourly Commensurate with Education and Experience"
Requires a flexible schedule based on business, client, and staffing demands. Weekends, & Holidays required.
SUMMARY/QUALIFICATIONS/CERT'S/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:
Responsible for providing Hand and Foot therapies as set forth in our Spa Menu of Services. May be trained on other spa body treatments including but not limited to hydrotherapy, body wraps, exfoliation treatments, etc.
Must hold certification and/or licensure for nail care.

DEPARTMENT: SPA
Treatment
POSITION: Massage Therapist (Part-time) Saturday and Sunday Evenings
"Pay range – Hourly Commensurate with Education and Experience"
SUMMARY/QUALIFICATIONS/CERT'S/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:
Under the supervision of Spa Management the incumbent will perform massage therapy and will be trained to perform other spa body treatments including but not limited to hydrotherapy, body wraps, exfoliation treatments, hot stone treatments, etc. General knowledge of spa operations, equipment, products and procedures are essential.
Must be currently licensed as a Massage Therapist in the State of Connecticut. National certification a plus.
