Position: Guest Service Representative (Temporary Full-time) On-Call
“Pay range – Hourly $8.86”
Requires a flexible schedule based on business, client, and staffing demands. Weekends, & Holidays required.
Greets and registers arriving guests at check-in. Handles guest inquiries and addresses any reported problems quickly and efficiently. Keeps guest’s accounts current and documents all room changes. Checks out all departing guests. Communicates necessary information with other staff and departments. Maintains cash banks and issues/closes out safety deposit boxes. Handles all front desk accounting needs.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work well with co-workers and within a “team atmosphere”. Detail oriented, pro-active. Ability to stay calm under pressure; Basic math skills, including percentages. Computer skills.
Department: Housekeeping
Position: Laundry Attendant (Regular Full-time)
“Pay range – Hourly $9.00”
Schedule is Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat. Hours will vary. Weekends & Holidays required.
Consistently performs laundry duties under the direction of the Laundry Supervisor.
Empties and sorts soiled linen from spa chute, rooms, and villas.
Washes, dries, presses, folds, stacks, and distributes all laundry.
Loads and unloads washers and dryers.Sweeps and mops laundry floors. Performs all other duties assigned by Housekeeping Manager or Laundry Supervisor.
Knowledge of and ability to operate laundry equipment. Prior experience helpful but not necessary. Ability to effectively communicate at a level necessary to read and follow instructions. Able to lift up to 40lbs.
The work environment may vary from day to day. Most duties will be performed indoors, however a significant amount of time is spent walking between the Inn and the Villas in inclement weather.
